She has been working in the business consulting field for nearly 20 years. Her career started at PriceWaterhousCoopers, and in 2011 she joined the BCS team. She began her consulting career with process organization, and later worked as a project manager. She has deep knowledge and extensive experience in the process and organizational transformation field, with both banking and corporate clients. In the recent years, she worked with the SuccessFactors system.
