SAP SUCCESS FACTORS
During the implementation and development of SAP HCM modules, BCS has gained significant knowledge of the operation of HR processes and solutions. Using this knowledge, we started to build our SAP SuccessFactors team on new foundations.
The professional background of our staff is diverse: HR colleagues, who formerly worked on client side, SAP PD module consultants and colleagues with experience in business consulting can both be found in our team. Diversity is one of the key strengths of the team: our colleagues can apply the different methodological approaches of the SuccessFactors system implementation, yet they know the challenges of the related human processes, the typical client needs and issues.
Focusing on the Hungarian market, we strive to bring the SAP SuccessFactors system as close to our Clients as possible, to familiarize them with the business benefits of using the system. We also strive to propose a schedule for the implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors system and to be able to support the development of the operational framework and the change of current practice during the implementation.
