He has been working in the consultancy field for nearly 20 years, his area of expertise is implementation of human resource solutions. He graduated as an electrical engineer, for years he worked as a research engineer. This was followed by Coopers & Lybrand Dynasoft and PriceWaterhouseCoopers and IBM Hungary Kft., where he worked as a senior HR consultant. At NESS Hungary, he led the Human Resource Solutions and Business Applications divisions, from which he arrived at BCS in 2011. During his career, he managed complex, large-scale projects, implemented SAP Human resource solutions at energy companies, the automotive industry, production and service companies, and banks alike.

He’s leading the HR solutions business line. Both his SAP human resources module, and SuccesFactors system teams are made up of colleagues with outstanding expertise. He believes, that at a multinational corporation, it is more difficult for individuals and individuality to prevail. At a consulting firm, the most important asset is the consultant, so everyone here is important. Every consultant has his own personality, they have different motivations, so all of them need special attention.
