BRIEF

The Hungarian-owned corporate group operating in the energy sector has decided to replace its earlier human resources support system, that was used at Group level, with SAP HCM. The newly introduced system covers the employer’s duties associated with the recording and accounting of human resources for the Group’s member companies, which is a more modern, cost-efficient and secure solution. During the project, we developed the framework of the operation and through settings and improvements an efficient IT solution has been implemented.

PROCESS

1.

Duringing the project the Group's business requirement was assessed, based on which a conceptual plan for operation was prepared

2.

Based on the conceptual plan the SAP HCM solution and related developments were configured

3.

The user manual to the system functions was written and the training of Key- and End Users was completed

4.

Prior to go-live, related data domains were migrated and the migrated data was validated

5.

After going live, continuous system maintenance was conducted and further business needs were implemented
