BRIEF
The Hungarian subsidiary of a multinational electronic component manufacturing and electronic product development company has decided to introduce the SuccessFactors system to more effectively support its recruitment and onboarding processes. The new solution ensures that affected end-to-end processes run smoothly through high-level IT support, allowing fast approval processes, standard contents at enterprise level, and a paperless office concept.
In addition to the system to be developed during the project, we reviewed the relevant operational processes and optimized the framework of operation.
