Developing a Data Governance Process and Framework to develop the organizational, operational and IT frameworks of Data Governance, thus moving the critical analysis and reporting areas of the bank into a data environment based on a common definition basis that is based on business concepts. The aim of the project was to align the business users of BI (risk, controlling, accounting, mandatory reporting) to a unified set of definitions and to the same data source.

Using Data Governance as a delivery method, it speeds up and simplifies the implementation of complex BI projects. Instead of conservative waterfall methodologies it shifts to a more agile approach.
